1911
The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of the house.
- Beatrice Matthews, head, 29, shorthand writer and typist at cocoa works, born Birmingham.
- Marjorie Matthews, sister, 23, typist at home, born Bristol.
