1911
The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of the house.
- Thomas Henry Brookes, 56, head, night watchman at cocoa and chocolate manufactory, born Bilston.
- Jane Brookes, 52, wife, ---, born Birmingham.
- Edward Brookes, 19, son, Bricklayer, born Smethwick.
- Nellie [Thewpstone???], 24, niece, district nurse with C. N. B. Association, born London.
