The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of the house.
- Frederick Chesterman, head, 24, machine fitter at chocolate manufactory, born Holywell in London.
- Caroline Ruth Chesterman, wife, 29, ---, born Powick in Worcestershire.
