The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of each house.
- George Oliver Whitehouse, 38, head, clerk at a cocoa and chocolate making factory, born Birmingham.
- Minnie Whitehouse, 39, wife, none, born Halesowen.
- Olive Whitehouse, 11, daughter, school, born Bournville.
