1911
The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of the house.
- Isaac Jones, head, 42, engine fitter at cocoa works, born West Bromwich.
- Mary Jones, wife, 40, ---, born Boston in USA.
- Alan Joseph Jones, son, 2, ---, born Handsworth.
A year after the 1911 census was taken, Isaac and Mary's next-door neighbours (at 41 Kingsley Road) moved to Boston, USA, perhaps encouraged by Mary Jones who had been born there.
