The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of the house.
- Annie Hankin, head, 31, council school teacher, born Birmingham.
- Lillie Hankin, sister, 28, shorthand typist, born Birmingham.
- Agnes Gray Hankin, sister, 27, shorthand typist, born Birmingham.
