The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of the house.

- Margaret Charlton, dau, 14, ---, born Kings Norton.
- Nora Marion Charlton, dau, 5, ---, born Kings Norton.

The Charlton family lived at 12 Woodlands Park Road until the early 1930s.
James Charlton designed and produced the promotional brochure of the Bournville Tenants Estate, produced in about 1909 (see here).
In the early 1930s, the Williams family moved into 12 Woodlands Park Road.
