The first census recording the houses was taken in 1911, so these were probably the first tenants of each house.
- Thomas Pache, head, 68, widower, artificial eye maker, born Birmingham.
- Florence Partridge, servant, 46, single, housekeeper, born Edgbaston.
- Ethel Silver, servant, 14, single, general servant, born Wombourne in Herefordshire.
Three years later, at the beginning of 1914, Thomas Pache and Florence Partridge married. Thomas died at the end of 1918 and is buried at St. Laurence's church in Northfield.
